Terms of Use

Pilot-stage terms for using the MardesOS public website, request flow, and early access materials.

Last updated: July 11, 2026.

Early access and pilot nature

These Terms apply to the MardesOS public website during soft launch, staging, and pilot-stage access. The website describes a marketing operating system direction and request flow; it does not guarantee open production onboarding.

Final commercial terms may be updated before full public launch or before any paid customer engagement begins.

No guaranteed availability or production SLA

The website and early access flows are provided for review, evaluation, and pilot coordination. Availability may change during testing, maintenance, domain configuration, or product planning.

No production service-level agreement, uptime commitment, support guarantee, or enterprise compliance commitment is offered through these pilot-stage terms.

No active checkout

Real payment checkout is not active yet. The website may show payment readiness or manual verification language, but it does not provide live PayPal checkout, automated subscription billing, or self-serve payment collection.

Responsible use

Do not misuse, attack, scrape, spam, overload, or attempt to bypass security controls on the website, API routes, forms, or related systems.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of information you submit. Do not submit sensitive data, real customer data, or confidential third-party information unless a separate approved business process is in place.

Access changes during pilot

MardesOS may change, pause, limit, or decline access during the pilot stage. Features, pricing, onboarding, data handling, payment workflow, and commercial packaging may change before full launch.

Contact

Questions about these pilot-stage terms can be sent through the public contact or Request Access channels.

These pages are lightweight soft-launch documents. They should receive formal review before full public launch, production onboarding, or real payment workflows. For operational questions, use Contact or Request Access.
